Vampire Survivors Twilight Requiem Guide: Unlock and Expiration Explosions

The short answer: reach level 50 with Dommario

Twilight Requiem (II) is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Dommario. When an affected weapon's duration ends, it creates an explosion.

The Arcana turns the end of persistent projectiles or areas into another attack. It only works with affected weapons, so match the card to the loadout instead of treating it as a universal explosion bonus.

Unlock steps

1. Unlock Dommario.
2. Start any stage with Dommario.
3. Reach level 50 during the run.
4. After the run, confirm that Twilight Requiem (II) is unlocked.

Use the Dommario unlock guide if the character is still missing.

How to use it

1. Check the affected weapons on the Arcana selection screen.
2. Take and level one of those weapons.
3. Use the explosion created where the weapon effect expires as additional damage.
4. Choose another Arcana if no affected weapon enters the build.

The explosion occurs when a supported weapon's effect ends. It is not a continuous explosion applied to every attack.
