Infinite Corridor and Crimson Shroud: Evolution Requirements
The short answer: reveal the map items, then max all three parts
Infinite Corridor and Crimson Shroud are exceptions to the usual one-weapon, one-passive evolution pattern. Each requires one weapon and two stage items, all at maximum level.
Evolution | Weapon | Stage items |
|---|---|---|
Infinite Corridor | Clock Lancet | Silver Ring and Gold Ring |
Crimson Shroud | Laurel | Metaglio Left and Metaglio Right |
The four stage items appear after the Yellow Sign has been collected. If they are absent from the map, complete the Yellow Sign route first.
How to make Infinite Corridor
- Take Clock Lancet and raise it to maximum level.
- Collect Silver Ring from the stage and raise it to maximum level.
- Collect Gold Ring from the stage and raise it to maximum level.
- After all three are maxed, open a chest that can contain an evolution.
The rings are stage pickups rather than items you must wait to see in a normal level-up selection. Use the Milky Way Map to confirm their directions before committing to the trip.
How to make Crimson Shroud
- Take Laurel and raise it to maximum level.
- Collect Metaglio Left and raise it to maximum level.
- Collect Metaglio Right and raise it to maximum level.
- After all three are maxed, open a chest that can contain an evolution.
The Japanese achievement name is 深紅の聖骸衣. English guides refer to the same weapon as Crimson Shroud.
If the evolution does not appear
Problem | Check |
|---|---|
The rings or Metaglio items are absent | Collect the Yellow Sign first |
A chest does not evolve the weapon | Confirm that the weapon and both stage items are all maxed |
You die while crossing the map | Build only one of the two evolutions on the first attempt |
Weapon slots are already full | Secure Clock Lancet or Laurel before filling the final slot |
You do not need to build both evolutions in the same run. Choosing one target reduces travel time and makes level allocation easier to control.
