Answer: Max Long Gun, collect Weapon Power-Up, and evolve it into Prototype A

No additional passive is required. Open an eligible chest after all requirements are ready.

Steps

1. Obtain Long Gun and raise it to maximum level.
2. Collect Weapon Power-Up during the run.
3. No additional passive is required.
4. Open an eligible chest after the requirements are complete.

If it does not evolve

• Confirm that Long Gun is at maximum level.
• Confirm that Weapon Power-Up was collected in the current run.
• Do not add an unrelated passive; none is required.
• Open the chest only after the requirements are complete.

Weapon Power-Up is consumed by an evolution. To evolve another Operation Guns weapon in the same run, obtain another Weapon Power-Up from a level-up choice or stage pickup.
