Jonathan Morris unlock guide: evolve Hand Grenade

Quick answer: evolve Hand Grenade

Jonathan Morris unlocks when you evolve Hand Grenade into The RPG. Maxing Hand Grenade alone is not enough; Candelabrador must also reach its maximum level.

Who this guide is for

• You want the exact requirement for unlocking Jonathan Morris.
• You need the passive item for Hand Grenade.
• You own both items but the evolution did not appear.

Unlock steps

1. Obtain Hand Grenade in Ode to Castlevania.
2. Raise Hand Grenade to level 8.
3. Max Candelabrador during the same run.
4. After both requirements are ready, open an evolution-eligible chest to obtain The RPG.
5. Confirm the Jonathan Morris unlock after the run.

If the evolution does not appear

• Confirm that Hand Grenade reached level 8.
• Max Candelabrador rather than merely adding it to the build.
• Open an evolution-eligible chest after completing both requirements.
• Do not confuse this weapon with an Operation Guns grenade item.
