2. Select O'Sole on the character screen.
3. Start any stage.
4. Check for Celestial Dusting in later level-up choices.

How Celestial Dusting attacks

Celestial Dusting fires bouncing flowers behind your direction of movement. Moving away from enemies can lead pursuers through the flowers.

Its cooldown becomes shorter while moving, so it works better when you keep tracing a path than when you stand still and expect it to clear enemies ahead. Add a weapon that can open the space in your direction of travel.

If Celestial Dusting does not unlock

• Confirm that O'Sole has been purchased.
• Start an actual stage with O'Sole.
