How to Unlock and Use Gains Boros

Gains Boros becomes available after you travel north in The Bone Zone and wait inside the flower ring. The destination is not a normal stage item, so continue north until you see green ground surrounded by flowers.

Unlock steps

1. Unlock Hyper Mode for three normal stages to make The Bone Zone available.
2. Enter The Bone Zone with a character that can travel quickly.
3. Keep moving north from the starting area.
4. Enter the flower ring and wait until the unlock sound plays.
5. After the run, buy Gains from Character Selection.

Growth increases with every level

Gains starts with Heaven Sword, the evolution of Cross. The evolved weapon can clear early enemies immediately and helps begin the leveling cycle.

Gains receives +2% Growth every level with no cap on that character bonus. This becomes more valuable in long runs and Limit Break sessions. Taking Crown or other experience support early helps the character reach the accelerating part of the run sooner.

Common mistakes

• The flower ring is north in The Bone Zone.
• Finding the ring is not enough; remain inside until the unlock sound plays.
• The objective is not a normal map pickup.
• Completing the condition still leaves a coin purchase in Character Selection.
