The official achievement also requires evolving Bracelet and then evolving Bi-Bracelet. One chest does not skip directly to the final stage.
How Tri-Bracelet attacks
Tri-Bracelet is the final stage of the Bracelet line and fires several projectiles at random enemies. Because you cannot aim it in a chosen direction, keep another weapon that can clear nearby enemies and open a route.
