How to make Stellar Blade

Use Stellar Blade for enemy-specific secrets
Stellar Blade is used for conditions that require defeating Axe Armors or Alamaric Snipers with a named weapon. Keep the targets inside Stellar Blade's attack area so another weapon does not take the final hit.
