Answer: Requirements to evolve Splashers into Pursuant Blades

Weapon level alone is not enough. Trigger Dual Whirlwind at least once during the same run.

Steps

1. Obtain Splashers and raise it to level 8.
2. Keep Spellbinder in your inventory.
3. Trigger the Dual Whirlwind Glimmer with Splashers at least once during the same run.
4. Open an eligible chest after every requirement is complete.

If it does not evolve

• Confirm that Splashers is level 8.
• Confirm that Spellbinder is in your inventory.

• Confirm that Dual Whirlwind triggered during the same run.
• Open an eligible chest only after every requirement is complete.

For a two-stage evolution chain, the first and second evolution each require a separate eligible chest.
