Raise Refectio to level 8 and Clover to level 5, then open an evolution-capable chest to make Sanctuary.
How to make Sanctuary
- Obtain Refectio.
- Raise Refectio to level 8.
- Raise Clover to level 5.
- Open an eligible chest after completing the recipe.
Use Sanctuary for special character unlocks
Sanctuary is required when defeating the Stella & Loretta and Soleil bosses. Creating the weapon is not enough; keep it in the build when the target boss is defeated.
If Sanctuary does not appear
