Emergency Meeting evolution recipe

Answer: Evolve level 8 Report! with level 3 Mini Crewmate into Emergency Meeting

Raise Report! to level 8 and Mini Crewmate to level 3, then open an eligible chest. Emergency Meeting evolutions require the matching Mini passive to be maxed, not merely collected.

Steps

1. Obtain Report! and raise it to level 8.
2. Obtain Mini Crewmate and raise it to level 3.
3. Open an eligible chest after both items are maxed.

If it does not evolve

Collecting the Mini passive is not enough; it must reach level 3. Check the passive name rather than relying only on its color or icon.
