How to unlock Bonnie Blair

Answer: fully evolve Splashers

Bonnie Blair unlocks when you fully evolve Splashers into Pursuant Blades. Raising Splashers alone is not enough; the recipe also uses Spellbinder and the Dual Whirlwind Glimmer.

Requirements

Steps

1. Raise Splashers to level 8.
2. Keep Spellbinder in your inventory during the same run.
3. Trigger Dual Whirlwind at least once during the same run.
4. Open an eligible chest after every requirement is complete.
5. Evolve Splashers into Pursuant Blades to unlock Bonnie Blair.

If Bonnie does not unlock

Check the Splashers level, Spellbinder, the Dual Whirlwind trigger, and the chest timing separately. Merely leveling the weapon does not complete the evolution.
