Minnah Mannarah becomes available after you obtain the Yellow Sign, collect the Cheese in Dairy Plant, and defeat all werewolves that appear around you. The enemies spawn immediately after the pickup, so build enough damage first.

How to use Minnah
Minnah starts with Bloody Tear, the evolution of Whip. It provides damage and healing immediately, but Minnah starts at -70% Might. She gains +10% Might every three levels and offsets that character penalty by level 21.
Might, projectile Speed, Duration, Area, and Cooldown change on a one-minute cycle. The pattern is not random, so use a mix of weapons that remains dependable when one group of modifiers is temporarily weaker.
