Unlock steps
- Select Browny.
- Raise Sonic Bloom to level 8.

- Open an evolution-capable chest after meeting all requirements.
- Complete the Wave Beam evolution to unlock Sheena Etranzi.
- Finish the run and purchase Sheena on the character selection screen.
Weapon Power-Up is consumed by the evolution. If the evolution does not appear, recheck Sonic Bloom's level, Armor, and the remaining Weapon Power-Up.
