How to Unlock Megalo Impostor Rina
How to unlock Megalo Impostor Rina
Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
DLC | Emergency Meeting |
Unlock | Defeat 100,000 enemies in one run as Impostor Rina |
Starting weapon | None; has hidden Sharp Tongue attacks outside the normal weapon slots |
Ability | High Might and MoveSpeed with multiple hidden Sharp Tongues |
Spell | `selfreport` |
Megalo Impostor Rina is unlocked by defeating 100,000 enemies in a single run as Impostor Rina. The count is not cumulative, so prepare a run with enough enemy density and time.
Prepare for 100,000 defeats
- Unlock Impostor Rina first.
- Unlock Endless Mode if possible. It is useful but not mandatory.
- Raise Curse and Charm only as far as the build can survive.
- Prioritize weapons with continuous coverage and high area damage.
- Choose a stage with steady enemy waves.
Enemy density and clear speed must increase together. If enemies pile up without dying, add Might and Cooldown before raising Curse further.
Single-run checklist
- Start as Impostor Rina.
- Build toward Sharp Tongue's evolution while establishing early damage.
- Add Area, Cooldown, and Amount support.
- Remain in a dense spawn area instead of constantly leaving active waves behind.
- Confirm that the defeat counter reaches at least 100,000.
- End the run, reach the results screen, and reopen character selection.
Endless is a convenience, not part of the unlock condition. A build that reaches 100,000 before the normal time limit also qualifies.
Spell alternative
After obtaining the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane, enter `selfreport` in the spell input screen. The Emergency Meeting DLC must still be active.
Megalo Impostor's build identity
Megalo Impostor starts with +80 Max Health, +80% MoveSpeed, +80% Might, and -10% Cooldown. The normal starting weapon slot is empty, but hidden Sharp Tongue attacks operate outside the six normal weapon slots. Additional hidden Sharp Tongues are gained while leveling, up to six.
The open weapon slot lets you choose an area or defensive weapon immediately. Unlike regular Impostor Rina, Megalo Impostor does not rely on a temporary invulnerable form, so use the high starting damage to keep enemies away.
If Megalo Impostor does not unlock
- Use regular Impostor Rina for the challenge.
- Reach 100,000 defeats in one run; totals from earlier runs do not count.
- Continue to the results screen after reaching the target.
- Endless alone does not unlock the character; verify the defeat counter.
