Queen Sigma unlocks after you complete the required entries in the base game's Collection 1.0. You do not need to complete every item added by later DLC.
How to check what is missing
- Open Collection from the main menu.
- Switch the display to version grouping and inspect Version 1.0.
- Obtain each missing required weapon, evolution, passive item, relic, or Arcana in a run.
- Return to the menu and check Queen Sigma on the character selection screen.
Check Collection rather than relying only on the Unlocks menu. An item can be unlocked but still absent from Collection until you obtain it in a run.
Five entries that are not required
These entries are not required for the normal Queen Sigma unlock:
- Super Candybox II Turbo
- Victory Sword
- Sole Solution
- Flames of Misspell
- Ashes of Muspell
Victory Sword is Queen Sigma's starting weapon, so not having it beforehand is not a dead end.
What to do after unlocking her
Queen Sigma becomes available for 0 coins. To add Victory Sword to the normal level-up pool for other characters, defeat 100,000 enemies in one run as Queen Sigma. This is a single-run requirement, not a lifetime total.
If Queen Sigma does not appear
- Check the required Version 1.0 entries, not the entire modern Collection.
- Do not spend time completing DLC entries or the five excluded entries above.
- Make sure missing items were actually obtained and registered in Collection.
- Return to the main menu after completing the final entry, then check character selection.
