Colonel Bahamut becomes available for purchase after you defeat the Big Fuzz boss in Neo Galuga. This is a boss objective, not a weapon-evolution or cumulative-pickup condition.
Unlock steps
- Enable the Operation Guns DLC.
- Select Neo Galuga.
- Build enough damage and defense while progressing through the stage.
- Defeat Big Fuzz when the boss appears.
- Finish the run and purchase Colonel Bahamut on the character selection screen.

Spell alternative
After obtaining the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane and unlocking spell entry, enter `badbetrayerbahamut` in the Secrets menu. You still need the Operation Guns DLC.
Colonel Bahamut's strengths
Colonel Bahamut starts with 200 Max Health, +2 Armor, +80% Move Speed, +50% Might, and +25% Magnet. Every 1% Greed or Curse also grants 1% Might, allowing Curse to increase both enemy pressure and his damage.
His starting weapon is Metal Claw. Raise it to maximum level, hold Weapon Power-Up and Hollow Heart, and open an evolution-capable chest to obtain Big Fuzzy Fist.
If he does not unlock
- Confirm that the Operation Guns DLC is enabled.
