Vampire Survivors Blood Astronomia Guide: Unlock, Amount, and Magnet

The short answer: reach level 50 with Poe

Blood Astronomia (XXI) is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Poe. It adds special damaging zones to listed weapons. Amount affects their damage, Magnet affects their area, and enemies inside Magnet range take damage based on Amount.

The card changes how weapons such as Garlic, Pentagram, Song of Mana, Clock Lancet, and Laurel use Amount and Magnet.

Unlock steps

1. Make Poe available.
2. Start any stage with Poe.
3. Reach level 50 during the run.
4. After the run, confirm that Blood Astronomia (XXI) is unlocked.

Reading the effect

• Listed weapons create additional damaging zones when they activate.
• Amount affects the damage of those zones.
• Magnet affects the size of those zones.
• Enemies inside Magnet range take damage based on Amount.
• The effect does not apply to every weapon.

Before choosing the card, confirm that the run contains a listed weapon. Amount and Magnet then become more than projectile count and pickup range: they also shape the extra damage effect.
