Santa Ladonna is unlocked by surviving for 20 minutes in Laborratory. The stage itself becomes available after collecting 33 Rosaries across your save.
Normal unlock steps
- Collect 33 Rosaries in total to unlock Laborratory.
- Enter Laborratory with a character and build that can prioritize survival.
- Do not risk the run by forcing every lever, train, or item objective at once.
- Survive until 20:00 and confirm the unlock.
- Return to character selection and buy Santa Ladonna.
Laborratory ends at 20 minutes, so reaching the stage ending satisfies the character condition.
Spell alternative
After obtaining the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane and gaining access to spell entry, enter `shesawit`.
Use the short early Cooldown window
Santa starts with Santa Javelin, +2 Armor, +30% Luck, and -70% Cooldown. The Cooldown bonus weakens by 20 percentage points per level, becoming -10% from level 4 onward. Use the first levels to secure experience and basic defense quickly.
Dropping below 20% Max Health triggers a Rosary. The effect can trigger again only after Santa returns to full health. Arma Dio appears under her at level 40, and Candybox appears at level 80.
Hidden triple evolution
Raise Santa Water, King Bible, and Cross to level 8 without evolving any of them. On the next level-up, the three base weapons disappear and Santa receives hidden La Borra, Unholy Vespers, and Heaven Sword. The hidden weapons do not occupy normal weapon slots.
If one of the base weapons evolves through the normal chest process first, the triple transformation cannot trigger. Delay the normal evolution path until all three base weapons are ready.
