How to Unlock and Use Space Dette
Short answer: after unlocking Space Dude, touch the Pummarola marker outside Space 54's walls
Item | Details |
|---|---|
Prerequisite | Unlock Space Dude |
Location | Pillar outside the walls, southeast of the Space 54 spawn |
Deadline | Before 11:00 |
Starting weapon | Photonstorm |
Spell | `loveknowsnobounds` |
Space Dette is unlocked by touching a special Pummarola marker outside the walls of Space 54 after Space Dude has been unlocked. A character that can ignore walls provides the most reliable route.
Normal unlock steps
- Unlock Space Dude first.
- Select a wall-ignoring character such as Gyoruntin and enter Space 54.
- Move southeast from the spawn and leave the normal stage bounds.
- Find the pillar with a pulsing Pummarola marker.
- Touch it before 11:00 and listen for the unlock sound.
- Reach the results screen and confirm Space Dette's unlock.
When Visually Invert Stages is enabled, the direction is mirrored and the marker is northwest instead. The marker does not appear on the Milky Way Map and disappears with the stage structure at 11:00, so start searching immediately.
Spell alternative
After obtaining the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane and gaining access to spell entry, enter `loveknowsnobounds`. This skips the hidden-marker route but does not replace the rest of Space 54's progression.
Scale Photonstorm and add followers
Space Dette starts with Photonstorm and increased Move Speed. Her starting weapon gains strength as she levels, while reaching cumulative enemy defeat thresholds adds followers that support attacks and experience collection.
For a first run, build Growth without adding more Curse than the character can handle. Learn the follower pacing in a normal run before attempting an extended build aimed at the maximum follower count.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm Space Dude is already unlocked.
- Confirm the selected stage is Space 54.
- Reach the marker before 11:00.
- Search northwest instead when visual inversion is enabled.
- Look for the pillar directly because the marker is absent from the Milky Way Map.
