Big Trouser becomes available after you collect and fully level all 16 standard passive items in Moongolow, then leave the run with the completed set. The route needs many levels, so prioritize Growth and reliable enemy clearing.
Unlock steps
- Unlock Hyper Mode for four standard stages to make Moongolow available.
- Collect all 16 standard passive items in Moongolow.
- Raise every one of them to its maximum level.
- Confirm the full set is maxed, then quit from the pause menu.
- After the run, buy Big Trouser from Character Selection.
Too many weapons dilute level-up choices. Keeping the weapon limit low makes it easier to direct levels into the required passive items.
Choose your starting weapon
Candybox lets Big Trouser choose one unlocked base weapon at the start. This makes it possible to select range, single-target damage, or a planned evolution for the current goal.
