How to unlock Horse

Horse is unlocked by defeating a total of 6,000 suspicious-looking enemies on Polus Replica. This is cumulative across runs; it is not a single-run challenge.

Enemies that count

Suspicio is the most practical early target because it appears in accessible areas from the start. Continue through multiple runs until the cumulative requirement is complete.

Efficient 6,000-kill route

1. Start Polus Replica.
2. Add an area weapon early and move toward dense enemy rooms.
3. Prioritize Suspicio, then defeat Space Apparitions after they begin spawning.
4. Move between buildings and outdoor areas instead of waiting where spawns have thinned out.
5. Check character selection after the results screen.

Curse can raise enemy density, but only increase it as far as the build can survive. A stable full run is more useful than a short high-Curse attempt.

Spell alternative

After obtaining the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane, enter `haaayimpasta` in the spell input screen. The Emergency Meeting DLC is still required.

Use Horse and Hats

Horse starts with +20% MoveSpeed and gains +1 Amount at levels 20, 40, 60, and 80, for a maximum of +4. Add weapons that benefit from Amount so the level milestones improve more than Hats alone.

Hats does not evolve. Once Hats reaches level 8, Mini Horse can appear in the level-up pool while a passive slot is open. There is no reason to hold an evolution chest for Hats.

If Horse does not unlock

• Only the suspicious-looking Polus Replica enemies count, not every enemy in the game.
• The 6,000 defeats can be accumulated over several runs.
• Reach the results screen and reopen character selection.
• Do not mix the main roster condition with the Emergency Meeting Adventure roster.
