Answer: Evolve level 8 Shadow Servant with level 5 Skull O'Maniac into Ophion

Raise Shadow Servant to level 8 and Skull O'Maniac to level 5, then open an eligible chest.

Steps

1. Obtain Shadow Servant and Skull O'Maniac.
2. Raise Shadow Servant to level 8.
3. Raise Skull O'Maniac to level 5.
4. Open an eligible chest.

If it does not evolve

Skull O'Maniac must reach level 5. Confirm both required levels before opening the chest.
