Choose the problem you are trying to solve
When you get stuck in Obsidian Knight, first separate the problem into progression, combat, upgrades, or account data. This FAQ points from common questions to the guide that covers the relevant screen and checks.
What should a beginner do first?
Advance through normal stages and review the equipment, Skill Card, and permanent-upgrade features currently available to you. Do not upgrade everything at once. Start with the system most closely related to why the current run fails.
What should I check when I suddenly stop winning?
Separate runs where enemies survive from runs where your knight dies first. For the first case, review damage and Skill Card synergy. For the second, review defense, healing, and the source of incoming damage. Change one factor at a time so you can tell what helped.
Which Skill Cards should I choose?
Do not choose by rarity alone. Prefer cards that support the attack pattern or survival plan you are already building. In versions that let you disable unwanted cards before battle, remove cards you do not intend to use so the plan is easier to repeat.
How do I collect and upgrade armor sets?
The official Android update history says the Daily Shop guarantees one item from each equipment set. After obtaining set pieces, treat the Darksteel set-upgrade tree separately from normal equipment replacement. Use the current game screen for the effects of each individual set.
Where can I get Darksteel?
Official update information identifies Darksteel as a currency used for set upgrades. The Android update history also says that after fully clearing The Hunt, players can refresh it twice and obtain Darksteel. Check the current screen for today's refresh count and reward display.
What if Google Play achievements do not sync?
On Android, first confirm that the game and Google Play Games use the same Google account. Achievements may not match when the two services are signed in with different accounts on the same device.
What happens when a Clan leader is inactive?
The official Android update history says an inactive Clan leader is replaced after five days. If the replacement does not happen immediately, check the last activity date and whether the app is current.
What if progress or purchases disappear after changing devices?
Do not delete the app from the old device. Record the state of both devices, the Google account in use, player information, and purchase history. The developer states on Google Play that support can try to restore an account, but recovery is not guaranteed.
What should a returning player check?
Before reusing an old build, review update history, equipment, Skill Cards, and newly added modes. Balance values and upgrade systems may have changed, so rebuild from the current screen rather than an old tier list.
What if I cannot enter or redeem a code?
Open Redeem from Settings in the upper-right corner of the main screen and enter the published string exactly. If it fails, separate spaces, capitalization, prior use on the same account, and later expiry. Public active-code lists currently disagree, so record the verification time and the in-game result.

Use the floating feedback button to send your device, app version, the screen where the problem occurs, and the steps you already tried. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment details.
